Fixed-scope projects or retainers. Projects start at $5,000. Retainers start at $5,000 per month with a 90-day minimum. Every engagement begins with a written scope document before any work starts.
Senior engineering throughout. You work with David Smith, founder and principal engineer, on every engagement. No handoffs to junior staff. The three-engagement limit exists because of this constraint.
David is a full-stack engineer with over 10 years in tech. He builds AI systems end to end with a high bar for quality. If it does not pass validation, it does not ship. Based in Utah.
