By creating a HelixAI account, you agree to these Terms of Service. HelixAI is operated by HelixAI Media and is available to US-based businesses and individuals.
HelixAI provides an AI content generation platform that learns your brand voice from writing samples and generates content including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and email newsletters. The platform uses a multi-agent AI pipeline to validate content against your style profile before delivery.
You may use HelixAI to generate content for your legitimate business purposes. You may not use HelixAI to generate spam, misinformation, content that violates others' intellectual property rights, illegal content, or content designed to deceive consumers.
You own the content generated by HelixAI using your account and style profile. Writing samples you submit remain your property. HelixAI retains no rights to use your generated content or writing samples for any purpose outside of operating your account.
HelixAI subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
HelixAI is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
