HelixAI collects information you provide directly: your email address, business name, and writing samples you submit for style learning. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.
Writing samples you submit are used exclusively to build your personal style profile within HelixAI. They are not used to train shared AI models, shared with other customers, or sold to third parties.
We use your information to: operate and improve the HelixAI platform, generate style profiles, send service-related emails, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal data.
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.
HelixAI uses Stripe for payment processing and Together AI and Anthropic for AI inference. These providers have their own privacy policies and do not receive your writing samples.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at david@helixai.media. We will respond within 30 days.
HelixAI uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
